Just like any other under wear. And the size is also small as compared to standard size. Don’t know why it is called leaked proof or period panty. Just colors are black and red

Poor Quality - fabric and stitching, Small Size
I ordered XL and it is not standard XL size it is much smaller. The fabric quality is poor, the stitching quality is poor and the lining for safety is too thin. There is no option to return.
