Initially there was issue with the courier but the seller was kind enough to call me immediately when the courier returned to him undelivered and sorted out the issue. Very genuine and trustworthy. Thank you sir. The coffee is great. We just love the taste. This is the second time we ordered Jacob's Monarch. The coffee flakes in the jar are well sized and consistent. Makes very tasty coffee whether you like it with milk or black.
