I purchased this after my Nespresso Frother finally stopped working after 5 years. Based on reviews, I decided to give this one a try rather than purchasing another Nespresso brand frother. When I first got this I didn't like that it lacks a dedicated pour spout. However, I soon got over not having that feature and this frother works just as good as the Nespresso one I had. I've used this Mixpresso frother nearly every day for the past 2 years and it still works great.

I never write reviews for product, but for this one it was a MUST! I have used at least 2 to 3 other Milk frothers/foam makers. Some were very expensive, and others cheap but all in all I was just mildly impressed. I have put off buying one because I wasn’t convinced there any that work that good. However after reading the reviews I thought I would give this one a try and figured I could return it if it was just OK.The moment that I got it I opened the box, ported some milk and turned it on. Within seconds I had the thickest, creamiest and most delicious foam. This product is sleek looking and so easy to use. Another great thing about it is that if you leave it on and walk away once the milk starts to cool and the phone starts to go down the machine automatically heats it up and creates more foam again in case you need it. Fantastic product, 10 out of 10. GET ONE!

This heater frother does not froth. It heats the liquid up very quickly with a few bubbles, but once the temperature is at a certain degree, it stops frothing, which means I never get foam or froth, just mixing of liquid. This is with milk and cream. It does not shut off, so if you pour out the heated liquid, it will turn back on in a few minutes. It's good for heating and mixing only. Never got any decent foam or froth after trying with several cups over several days. I have requested a return and refund.

Mostly happy as mainly make lattes and it heats the milk well.

Took a chance on this one, (so many to chose from!), & it’s been wonderful! I use cold milk & it froths perfectly every time! Just turn off immediately after it finishes frothing & super easy to clean, too!

When I first tried this I was shocked at how much milk it required even for just a half pot - it makes plenty of hot milk and froth for 4 drinks. If the milk is very fresh it tastes delicious but there is a lot of waste unless you live with a large number of fancy coffee drinkers. But i live alone and only want one cup of coffee (made with one pod of good expresso and am left with a couple of cups of froth and even more warm milk). My cat, poor girl was so excited when I gave some to her, turned out to be lactose intolerant as many adult cats are and threw up a bunch of warm milk almost immediately. I've tried using much less milk but it just won't froth and sometime it doesn't heat properly. So I'd love this thing if it just could handle small orders because it does taste really good.

We've used it daily for about a year. Does fine with real milk and plant ones. Note you need to treat actual small removable 'spinner' carefully; it's delicate. Rinsing the device is easy, but about weekly a 'cooked milk' film needs to be wiped out or hit with a small nylon scrubber. About monthly I soak the spinner in detergent and then use old soft toothbrush on the coil...mere seconds.

Needed a frother when making a number of drinks and came across this at a great price. Very happy with my purchase, it works exactly as intended, and the feature of warming the milk back up after it has cooled to a certain temperature is great. Doesn’t take long to heat up and froth so makes it a quick and easy product to use.
