Definitely as described. I use this to hold a tourniquet and my chainsaw scrench while cutting firewood. It has taken a beating on my belt without hesitation. The orange is hi-vis so there won't ever be a question of where my TQ is should I ever need it.

Color is as pictured and so is the item. My fault for not comprehending the description as being the pouch only. Poor punctuation from seller led me to believe the shears and tourniquet were included but I take responsibility for that. My old shears fit well and the MOLLE/PALS attached to my bag perfectly. EMS cross arrived with the pouch. Item arrived next day. Quality seems good for non-professional use. Would not have used this back in my full time EMS days.

I slung this pouch underneath my IFAK. I can open it just for the tourniquet, or I can pull the kit off my carrier and the tourniquet stays with the kit.

Great product. Construction seems durable enough for the given purpose. More economical option than something from a larger name-brand (but as an aside, please drop the money and get a real tourniquet, and not some knockoff that won't work). I was a bit worried at first that the pouch was going to be too small to fit my NAR CAT, but after refolding the tourniquet and stretching out the pouch, it works just fine. Snuggly accommodates a pair of medical shears, as depicted. If storing tourniquets isn't your need, this would also work perfectly as a flashlight, multi-tool, or even possibly a pistol-mag pouch. All in all, highly recommend.

Updated: Bought this to store a trauma sheers and my tourniquet. It does it job. I also store a permanent marker with the kit to write a time on the tourniquet. Only issue is, the MOLLE doesn’t line up. There are 2 MOLLEE tabs on the back they aren’t spaced correctly and will not line up with standard MOLLE on your vest or equipment.
