Product too noisy and fan axle housing broken
I am disappointed with product and find the axle housing of the fan is broken . I have complained earlier about excessive noise and the supplier suggested loosening the screws by which the frame has been fixed but after short while the noise persisted. After a while the whole fan fell off onto the balcony and on examination I find that the part is broken. This could be reason for the noise? I wish to request for a refund or replacement. I would appreciate a response
