I accidentally ordered the 60 game rather than the 412 game. I started a return and called the next morning. She was so friendly and helpful that I paid for the upgrade board and they FedEx it out to me and I had it the next day. She also told me if we needed help installing it to call and her service techs would help. She said we can call anytime if we had any questions. My husband and kids have been on it from the moment we got it sounds great runs great. Can’t be happier. Definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about making a purchase like this. We also did our research before and purchase through them based on other reviews. 😁

I bought the 412 cocktail arcade machine. When it arrived on Sunday 1/22/23 there was a crack in the screen. I called on Monday morning and told her about the problems I had so she asked me to send her pictures so I did. Within 30 minutes she called me back and told me not to worry we are sending out another top at no charge with a tracking number. On Thursday 1/26/23 I received the new top as promised with no issues. It took 10 minutes to exchange them and we were ready to play. What a great experience I had. I would recommend anyone to buy from this company. A+ customer service and my family loves the arcade machine. Memories of the 80’sThank you so muchAlan

I purchased this as a gift for myself, and my husband was excited like it was for him. My grandkids absolutely love it which is awesome because of how old the technology is they are still able to enjoy it as much as I did growing up in the 80s...There was some assembly struggles but a minor solution of cutting a small piece of one of the wooden slats to make it fit not a huge deal my husband has a mini saw so easy peasy.. Easy assembly if you didn't have this issue. The volume is my only issue its super loud depending on the game you play, but I know there's a solution so I'm keepingy rating at 5 stars..

Well… I wanted to give this 5 but I can’t. It more like a 3.5. The quality is very sub par. The volume control is inside the machine so to adjust it you have to dismantle it. 😒. The craftsman shop is pretty sketchy. I should have taken a picture but it arrived with the center (shelf??) broken. Honestly, not sure what it is supposed to be used for but using it regardless. The joystick console portion is WAY too low, our legs don’t fit under it. We’re going to put it on a base. We like the variety of games. We have another unit that doesn’t have all the games this does but much better quality. Does it do the trick? Yes, just not impressed. 🤷‍♀️

Prompt delivery, easy to assemble and the kids love it. Although the old man has the high score with Galaga! 😉

I purchased this as a Christmas gift. When I made the purchase, it said that it would arrive by Dec. 21st. After I made the purchase, it said it would arrive after Christmas on Dec 27th. I came home from work on the 19th of Dec and a small package was on my porch. It was only the top of the unit. I called Amazon and they got in touch with Doc & Pies and they blamed it on FedEx and said that the base will be sent separately. Christmas Eve, the base was delivered and left "Literally" in the middle of my driveway. After Christmas, we put the unit together. The unit works great. The ONLY issue with the unit is the paper print under the place glass, is a copy and it is wrinkly and looks kinda cheap. BUT, with all of this being said, it was the perfect Christmas gift for my partner and he plays it every single day.

I bought an arcade cocktail table and it was easy to assemble and worked perfectly. Had a few minor problems but all questions were answered quickly by Doc & Pies and all problems were worked out.

Love it! This gaming system is great. We had a family get together (including a video gaming competition) and all 10 people ranging from 14 - 76 yrs old loved it. Even the two senior citizens who had never played a video game were able to figure it out and compete. Only drawback is with the instructions, the volume is really loud and we spent numerous hours trying to follow the instructions to turn the volume off. Both the written instructions and online youtube videos. Nothing helped. We ended up disconnecting the wire to the sound. Peace. Perfect! Highly recommended!
