Husband gave this to me for Christmas and I adore it. The heating element is warm and the fire light is cozy. It fit perfectly in our ashley raylyn TV table.

Super easy to install and use! Warms my family room in the basement! Very satisfied!

The fireplace fit perfect and it looks great. My only issue is that I was expecting it to have crackling sound. The product description says "Enjoy the comforts of a crackling fireplace" but it does not have the sound effect.

The media could not be loaded.  I had been searching for a replacement for the insert that came with my large TV stand for more than a year. Mine stopped working, well the flame part anyway. Prices ranged from $400 and up! That is mire than I paid for the piece at a consignment shop so I was not about to do that! Any who... found the insert but ordered the wrong size. After an easy return/exchange I was in business in less than a week! This insert is better than the one it replaced. The flame is more realistic, logs are nicer and the faux brick goes all the way around. The price is great!! Just be sure you measure the insert you want replace. You might have to take it out to do so but it will be worth it to insure you order the correct size.

They sent the wrong size. They charged me for the correct insert...I am still waiting on refund a month and a half later! Had they sent the correct one OR my entertainment center was smaller I am sure it would work just fine based off the looks with minimal effort installing.

This was easy to install. It heats the room in a few minutes and fairly quiet. The flames are a great touch even if you don’t use the heat feature.
