Excellent piece of equipment. Promptly delivered & well packaged. I’ve a spinal condition preventing me from walking long distances, Running an many other high impact activities however, this is exactly what I needed for weight loss, toning and general well being. So far so good as they say ‘Does exactly as it says on the tin’ Couldn’t be happier. The excercise poster included is perfect An the instruction booklet was easy to understand

Performs exactly as advertised though one suspects a compliment healthy nutrition plan is a must for the weightloss aspect. In terms of physical impact that is excellent.

It arrived quickly and everything you need is in the box....The unit itself (I chose a red one) a rubber mat to put the machine on hard floors,Remote control, Mains lead (UK type,) a cover so you can do the sitting down exercises without getting your bum dirty.2 sets of elastic ropes for the arm exercises, instruction book, wall chart and Exercise DVD.It will probably take a while to see if it actually has any effect but after the first day my legs were like jelly.If you follow the instructions and don't do more than 15mins a day at first you won't get "Jelly Legs"I like this type without the hand rail so you can just stuff it behind the sofa when you've finished with it.I hope the novelty value doesn't wear off too soon, I'm going to try my best to stick with it and get fit for once.Thank You

I find the Genki most excellent compared to my previous plate, but would dearly like to know where, in Manchester, I will be able to receive service for it when the need arises. My previous machine offered service in the far east !Both plates achieved greater fitness, weight loss and slimmer ankles in a 93 year old.

Ordered this as a replacement for another product we had that had broken. After a lot of research and reading of reviews we decided to go with this item, I especially liked the fact it came with the resistance bands and also a non-slip mat. I was a little worried about about the power level being at only 200w as our last machine was 300w but based on what was stated in the main copy we decided to take the risk.The machine arrived within 24 hours and was well packaged. On opening the box and removing the items we noticed that the anti-slip mat was not as shown in the main copy image where is shows "package includes" It was not a mat for the machine to stand on, it was a mat that appeared to be the same shape as the top of the machine? Next we tried out the resistance bands.... they were not great either, they are made from cord covered elastic (like bungees you would use to secure items on a roof rack) and therefore had a limited stretch before they became solid. I am 5'4" tall and they stopped too short for me really, my husband is 6' tall so definitely no good for him to use. The cover is really only a dust cover and made from very thin velour material.Power was okay, not amazing but maybe that is because we had been used to a 300w machine previously.We decided for all of the reasons above it was not that machine that we had hoped for and returned it. We have now purchased another Vibration Power Plate made by another manufacturer and are happy.

It is a very solid machine, but have only used it once so far, so early days to make any comments, as just getting to know it.

Loving this. It goes up to such fast speeds and you can really feel the results almost instantly.Well packed and fun to use. Great investment

Only just got this item, it’s easy to install and use, not sure if it will have any effects yet, will keep using it, as I don’t like going to the gym, I feel it’s better than doing nothing.
