Super cheap and tacky
I was so excited for this product but when it came in the first thing I noticed was that the cat ears were super far back like when a cat is mad and then when it came to using the bottle, the cap kept leaking even when we closed it as tightly as we could. Beyond disappointing

The stainless steel, smooth finish is relatively easy to hold, but a child or elderly person may have some trepidation or difficulty gripping it if it's full of scolding liquid!
