I'm a 52 year old man who plays a lot of tennis so have dealt with sun spots for years, on top of acne scars from my youth. I've done 4 sessions of microneedling at a spa before because of this. So I'm already familiar with the technology to know it works, but takes multiple sessions ... and the more the better. It definitely helped improve the acne scars on my face and back, while also improving overall tone, reducing pore size and improving collagen for more youthful skin.The bad news is it takes several sessions per area and normally cost from $300 - $450 per session depending on the area. I saw results in my 4 sessions but it was expensive and I realized I'd need at least 8 more sessions just for my face and upper back. So I decided to give this a try despite concerns on the quality of the pen as well as if I could manage doing this myself at home. But I gave it a shot.My results are nothing less than a large WOW! The process was very easy so not sure why I was worried. I think the numbing cream actually worked better at home as I could really hit the areas I knew were sensitive for me. The pen itself worked like a charm ... gliding smoothly across my face with little effort and no pain. I was very surprised how easy it really was to do. I compared the pen after getting it to the one at my spa and I honestly can't tell the pens apart as they are very similar ... except I think the Dr Pen actually feels better and has more options.I used the pen on my face, neck and shoulders the first night I got it (with the 16 pin). I had amazing results with most of the redness gone in a day and noticeably better skin within 3 - 5 days. I used peptides which really helped with the healing and overall results. I saw my wrinkles noticeably decrease (especially under and around the eyes), skin pores reduced, and a clearer more consistent tone that reminded me of my earlier days. The collagen production made me firmer and fuller. It also did wonders on my neck and shoulders for age spots and general tightness - although I'll definitely be doing several more sessions in a month for those areas as I know 3 - 6 more sessions will make even a bigger difference. Excited though after the 1st to see such great results as it makes the future use more exciting.I subsequently also did my arms and the back of my hands and yet again - WOW! My hands literally look 10 years younger with just one session and the wrinkles and veins are noticeably smaller. I'll be doing more on this as well ... which is the nicest thing about having this at home. It is more enjoyable of a process for me as I can manage it to my comfort level, and it is far more convenient. I didn't sacrifice quality of results though, and I've already used it enough in one week to pay for what would cost $1,000+ at the spa. I absolutely love this pen and wish I'd done it earlier!

So I got the doctor needle pen was super excited it sent out it came with a six month warranty watch out because it does not after a few months it stopped working and they will not exchange it return the money or anything so it was literally a waste of money when I could’ve just gone to the doctor pen website and got a lifetime warranty that They actually stand behind do not buy this you will get ripped off

I received the product very quickly, it was well packed and everything was delivered as ordered. The pen turned out to be faulty (would not switch off after turning on), due to a manufacturing flaw but the seller proposed to resend a new pen free of charge and to cover shipping costs (I'm outside the US). I really appreciate high quality service and responsiveness from MEIYILI. Recommend this seller!

Loved this pen, easy to use, quiet, easy controls. Only used it a couple of times and then it suddenly stopped working. Wasted some sterile tips trying to get it to work again. Glad it's within the return window, they are replacing it but is this a real Dr Pen? Seems sketchy...only giving it the one star because it's too expensive for something that only works for a short time

4 star just for the fact there was an issue with the pen. The pen stopped working intermittently after 5 months of use and could not diagnose. I would give 5 stars for the company/seller as we did contact them and they did accept the pen back under warranty for repair/diagnose. However, they could not repair and did send a replacement without any issues and did communicate throughout the entire time. Definitely made the issue seemless. Very greatful they were working with us.

This microneedling pen is phenomenal and well worth the price. I’m glad I didn’t cheap out. It pays for itself!The gauge of the compatible needles for this product is exceptionally fine, which is ideal for healing. Plus, microneedling is more advantageous than dermarolling for a similar reason. Check out the picture!If I remember correctly, I’ve had this product for a year or so at this point, and surprisingly I haven’t had to charge it yet. I use it for about 10 minutes, once a week, religiously. Needless to say, I’m impressed with the battery life.I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this, just knowing when it came in and use it, and then it came in and I didn’t. I am so sorry that I let it sit in the package almost a year before I gave it a try. Use this product almost 3 weeks ago, and I cannot tell you what a game changer in my face it is. please YouTube how to make sure you have alcohol, cotton balls, hyaluronic acid, I use cerave, hydrating, facial soap, grapeseed oil what a difference
