Pretty dang tasty cakes
I live in America and I bought these for my brother who was sorely missing Jaffa cakes after trying some from a friend who went overseas. I tried one and they’re pretty basic packaged cakes, not anything gourmet, but the orange flavor is unusual compared to other American treats and I think it’s delicious. The “dough” part is really light, like lighter than a Twinkie and not as sweet which is good, and the chocolate isn’t put on too thick so they’re great for a snack or to dip in milk or tea. My brother ate an entire roll at once, so I guess you could do that too but I wouldn’t recommend it.

jaffa cakes 10/10
I hardly every rate or review anything on Amazon. I only do this if a product is really good or bad. Jaffa cakes are a wonderful item and now I am in love with them. I had heard of these things from a popular British YouTube channel called The Yogscast and decided to try these out. I love them now but you have to wait very long until you can get you jaffas that you order. I would highly recommend buying this product and when you buy this product buy the 24 pack it is only 20 cents more to buy them in this pack then $5 for both with the single pack. You won't be disappointed when you have eaten your first Jaffa cake.

Somewhat like angelfood cake "cookie" part with a disc of orange ...
Living in the USA we don't see these a lot. My son has wanted to try these for some time due to an online friend from the UK recommending. Delicious. Wish I hadn't tried them. Just one more thing I need to stay away from! LOL! I can see how these could become a serious addiction. Somewhat like angelfood cake "cookie" part with a disc of orange gel topped with a great dark chocolate. Son loved them! I made him hide them from me! LOL!

Good
Got these because I'm a huge fan of the yogscast, and if you know who the yogscast are, then you know why. Anyways, I do like them, they have a really nice flavor, not to sweet, the chocolate and the orange balance each other out nicely. Only problem I have with them is the cake is a little dry. Not sure if that's how they are meant to be or if it was just the pack I got. But other than that, I'd have to say I like them.

Great price, shipping reasonable
Got these finally after years of trying to find them here in the US. Great price, shipping reasonable. Very worth it.But... might want to buy them in cooler weather. The chocolate on mine was melted so the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the cookie above it, pulling the cookie bit off when you seperate them. But I still ate them. I will be getting some more around christmas.

How can you ruin a jaffa cake?!!
I can not travel to the UK due to covid where I can buy these packages 2 for a pound and I missed them so much. When they arrived I immediately cracked them open to discover they were a giant mass of melted and reformed chocolate jelly good mashed together with stale disgusting cakes. I have no idea how you even treat a Jaffa cake so bad that the hard jelly actually melts and mixes with the chocolate. They are also 4 months past their use by date, which is funny because they are shelf stable for like 3 years. How dare you misstreat such a wonderful treat. Shame

Definitely an acquired taste
I ordered these at the recommendation of my UK work colleagues. When they first arrived they had been sitting in the back of the van all day and the chocolate was a hot mess so I let them cool in the fridge. When you first bite in they are very dry and then BAM you get knocked out with an outrageous amount of orange flavor. I think it was a neat "cultural" experience if you can call it that, but I probably wouldn't buy them again.

Wonderful Treat with Tea, or on their Own
In my household, the only problem with Jaffa cakes is that they disappear so quickly. These little cakes are just right with tea or coffee or on their own as a little treat in the evening. The cookies are small, but their taste is large and satisfies that sweet craving nicely. Each little cookie is soft and topped with a small but tasty bit of orange filling, covered with a delicate chocolate coating. Warning, they can be addictive. This is a real taste of the U.K.
