Purchased this server and the vendor did not customize it as requested. I purchased the extra hardware from Amazon and now the server will not boot if someone does not press the F2 key. Sneaky Lenovo is forcing people to purchase their overpriced memory. There is no bios option to disable this feature and Lenovo refuses to add it in bios updates. If you have deep pockets and can afford 500 dollars 64gb RAM from Lenovo then knock yourself out. Of course, if you have that kind of money, why not spend it on a better server? Once the F2 key is hit the server works fine with the same memory that they say is incompatible. Lenovo is now joining in on the act that companies like Tesla and Apple are engaged in, forcing you to purchase their parts at exorbitant prices.

Runs like trash, no HDMI ports, doesn't work with any mic that uses a jack, have to get special USB mic to connect. No Bluetooth?? Can't run basic games without extreme stuttering and lag. Imagine selling a 1600 dollar PC in 2022 and it can't handle anything besides basic office work and streaming. My 200 dollar phone runs games better than this. It's junk. Spend your money on something other than Lenovo. Huge regret. Gonna save my money and buy something else, then trash this garbage. Not gonna sell it, not gonna return it, cuz I'd hate for someone to have to deal with this as well. Worst purchase I've ever made. Please dodge this bullet.

Buying lenovo st50 v.2 server was the worst decision ever . After I opened and discover what kind of shady practice lenovo does ( you cant use your own hard drives or ssd!!!!! ) I returned it and bought something else for my business , now thats not end . When I called 3 weeks ago lenovo confirmed that they have received it over a month a go and It should take few days but I have never received refund . Im calling my credit card company this week if I will not get my money back . WTF Lenovo !!!!Update . After many calls to lenovo and empty promises of refund within next few days I called my bank and filed claim . I have few lenovo products but after this will never buy anything from lenovo ever again .
