CarLights360: For Chevy Tahoe Signal/Corner Light 2001-2006 Pair Driver and Passenger Side | Front | GM2520173 + GM2521173

I have a Suburban that was a former cruiser, so the turn signal lights were modified by drilling a hole for a strobe bulb into the housing. This over time had leaked and caused the plug ends to corrode since the lens kept taking in moisture. This fixed that perfectly, and now blinker is working as it should again. It was very easy to install and looks great.

Watched a Youtube video on how to install and completed it in less than 15 minutes including loosening the front grille to remove the old light assembly. I did apply a bead of clear silicone, as one reviewer recommended (thanks for the tip), to prevent moisture from seeping in They look and function great as well as a great price to boot.

Pretty good, but not great. Most who are replacing both lenses, are replacing them because the old lenses retained water. Well...these will too, but there is a fix to prevent that. I ran a bead of clear silicone all the way around the outer clear plastic lens, and the white plastic housing. The sticky tape or whatever they use to seal out the water, won't work on it's own. Run a bead of clear silicone in the gap between outer lens and housing will seal that gap and keep the water out. I gave it the test and it's as dry inside as it can be. One more suggestion - if your old lenses leaked, and retained water inside the lens, go ahead and replace the socket and bulbs now....it will save you from having to do it later. I did and I'm a happy camper. I would have given the lenses and housing a 5 star rating, had they taken the time to add a bead of silicone during the assembly portion.

I tried several products (not cheap) to polish the lights but nothing really looked very good; an improvement yes but not like new. When I saw how reasonable the price was on the replacements I decided to purchase them and couldn't be happier. What a difference for less that the cost of a half tank of gas these days. They came in a couple of days and were very easy to install. I highly recommend these.

The headlight housings on my wife’s Tahoe hadn’t been changed in years so there wasn’t much light getting out and she kept crashing into our garage. Seriously, we went through like three garage doors in 7 months. I was going to leave her because I insisted she was doing this on purpose. To humor her I replaced the headlight housings and i was surprised with how much brighter they were. Since replacing she hasn’t crashed! Thank you so much!
