Fell Apart Before One Single Ski Run
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter. Let me preface this review by stating that I am a former competitive junior ski racer and extreme skier. I definitely know my way around a mountain and ski gear. I was attempting to teach my 5 year old daughter to ski for the very first time. I bought 3 different training items to assist with this process. When the first 2 didn't work as well as I hoped I tried this. When I attempted to attach to her skis one of the brackets essentially fell apart. I tried to re-assemble but it would not work (I was on the mountain and in cold conditions). I gathered the parts and brought it back to my hotel. I tried again to re-assemble but it would not work. I was really disappointed. I later went into the pro shop on the mountain and they happened to have a similar product from a completely different company. I tried that product and it worked flawlessly! I wish the purchase on Amazon would have worked out because it ended up being the 1 training tool that worked for my daughter (every kid is different and you never know what will work). It would have saved me 2 days of agony skiing my kiddo down the mountain with my poles instead of letting her bust out her own turns and 'pizza' slices down the mountain. I am sure this can be a good product but the reliability is very disappointing when you lose 1-2 days skiing because it falls apart on the first use.

Just ok
The idea is perfect. My 4 year old having never been on skis was able to learn how to stop very quickly. However the clips kept coming off. I adjust the screw so much that it was even digging into the ski a bit and still they would come off with a minor spill or good tug. The clip has metal spikes on one side and a soft rubber "toe" on the other. That soft rubber keep coming off and I would have to find it in the snow. I believe that is the flaw in the design. I will likely glue them on before next season. I would recommend the older styles that are just thumb screws. Others on the slope had them and were not having the same issues I had.

Helped my kid learn skiing
This was it that helped my kids learn skiing. It prevented many falls and worked like a magic. Thanks!! It is easy to use but does need adult to handle it. You will not be disappointed. Get it..

They came off easily when my daughter would spread her skies to wide
Product worked. They came off easily when my daughter would spread her skies to wide. The one downside is that the rubber piece on the top comes off very easy and is hard to find in the snow. Great for kids learning to ski for the first time.

Broken after less than one day on the slopes
The product worked great until the threads on the tightening bolt stripped after just a handful of runs.My 5 year old made great progress after about an hour with this product so I removed the Easy Wedge from his ski tips to try a few runs without it. After 2 runs without the Easy Wedge he wanted them back on. As I was reattaching the Easy Wedge to his skis, one of the bolts stripped and would not tighten enough to grip the ski. This is a very cheaply made product. These are probably okay if you plan to leave them attached for a long time but they are definitely not durable enough to be attached and reattached multiple times.

Great product for teaching!
Prior to buying this product, my 4 year old had been in ski lessons multiple times but was hating to ski since he was not learning to turn or snowplow very well and getting frustrated. I purchased this product to see if it would help and after one hour of him skiing with me on the bunny hill with this, he was able to graduate to greens and follow me without any problems. By the end of the day he was able to ski without using the wedge product and he didn't want to go home! This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with small children that are learning to ski.

If only they were tighter...they would work
We really wanted these to work!! In concept they would be great and would do an awesome job - however, the functionality was lacking from our experience.First of all the idea is fabulous! We took my 6 year old skiing this past winter and it was her first time. We decided to buy these and give it a shot if needed. We started her off without them and she was getting the concept of skiing but was having a hard time keeping the "V" shape. So then we decided to give these a go. We put them on her skis at the top of the bunny hill and she started going down with grandpa skiing backwards in front of her - THEY WERE WORKING! For about 5 seconds, then one side slipped off. We stopped and attempted to reattach and the second time around got the same result. They were just not tight enough on the skis to hold. These would have been great if there would have been a way to adjust how tightly they could clamp on the skis. A little bit of a modification and this has the potential to be great!
