LAUS Ab Wheel Roller - with Knee Pad Mat, Automatic Rebound and Multiple Angles Core Workouts (Black)

I like this roller because it didn't have the shiny or just extra parts attached to the outer middle of where your hands sit. Those rollers that have the extra pieces there seem like they could pinch your hand in them, I even have read a review of someone pinching there hands in that spot on other wheels. I also thought the handles would be at least rubber coated for comfort, but they are completely a very hard plastic.A tip though, is that if yours squeaks after some repetitions is to pick it up at the starting position or when it's closest to you and the wheel part will then spin one direction and then stop, squeaking will stop until you hit that magic number of repetitions again and then you have to pick it up again. I do not think this is a problem as long as you do not force it to do more after it starts squeaking.These are just minor complaints and a tip. I really do like this roller and have seem great results since starting to use it.Thank you.

I love this thing. I have a more expensive ab roller with 4 small wheels. It's designed to more less go straight forward and straight backward. The new ab roller and it's design makes it easy to go off to both sides to work the sides of your abs. I actually use both ab rollers in my workouts and I'm feeling the results. Also, the hand grips are very comfortable. Thank you.

Use it twice a week gets results

This ab wheel is exactly as advertised, so far, I have had no trouble with it and I have it a while now.

This thing is solid and much easier to use than the single wheel one I have. I hope to get my 6 pack!!

I have a different ab roller that I love, tried this one for my vacation home. Do not like it - returned it. The curved handles really hurt my wrists whereas the other one that has straight handles is fine. It is a sturdy and works well - probably better for a man due to thicker wrist muscles.
