Like to know if free from Coumorin.

A quick google told me that Coumorin comes from Cassia Cinnamon. That is one kind of cinnamon. I don't know if Ceylon Cinnamon is Cassia Cinnamon or not. If it is not Cassia Cinnamon, I would guess that it's less likely to be a source of Coumorin. The producers of this product would probably be the best ones to answer this question. I'm just a customer.

Why does cap of product say buy one get one free, but website says offer no longer available?

The only thing I could think is they just don't offer it anymore in those bottles were old stock at Amazon. In my opinion it's still a very good product.
