Excellent product. Have been using it one a week for a year on 3x6 honed carrara tiles with nonsanded white grout. Grout and tiles look like they were just installed. Did not seal or do anything other than use this product, and the tiles were not pre-sealed either. Excllent product.

Twenty years ago I put down natural slate (and sealer) tiles in my kitchen for my 1920's home. It gets lots of compliments but it is not fun to maintain. I relied on another brand of cleaner/sealer for decades but they do not seem to be selling their slate cleaner any more (although this product comes up during a search of that name so perhaps they changed hands). This product sounded almost identical to what I was using so I thought I'd give it a try. I did not use the product as a cleaner, however - but use it as a final re-sealer/brightener after the (arduous) very thorough cleaning process is done. My other product would give the stone a nice matte sheen and would remain for a week or so. This product however does not have as nice of a sheen to it - but it's not bad. My complaint with this product - vs the old brand - is that it really does not last longer than the day that it is applied; by the next day the stone has dulled again. I suspect it does not have as much sealing qualities as the original brand but it's a good second place.
