Had it 3 months and still works well
I'm a carpenter and work alot. I've had it since September and it still works well. That's pretty amazing really, I didn't think it would last a week. It is also super handy and efficient. Pencils dont get lost now and you can use them till they are about an inch long. Update !!!! It ended up lasting 1 year and 4 it still works but the rubber end is torn. I’ve taken thousands of measurements and it still retracts like it should. This might be the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. Crazy it lasted that long. I’m ordering another now. You won’t be disappointed

Invaluable
Pencils are cheap, but when you lose about 5 a day they add up. This little guy is a lifesaver, and seems well made. Pencil is always on hand. Probably saves me 15 minutes a day looking for my pencil

I wish I had found this a long time ago
This retractable pencil holder may be my best discovery of 2023. I am the absolute worst at leaving pencils all over the place and forgetting where I put them. Then I have to go search and it just wastes time. This way my pencil is always attached to my side, and it disappears until I need it again. The line is very long and I'm able to use cross all the way over and use it with my opposite hand if necessary. The end fits nice and snug to a carpenter's pencil, however, if you really have to tug on it, it will come out. I plan on buying a few more of these so that I have them at work and at home.

Love everything about it, except that the pencil pulls out of the rubber sleeve every so often. Not enough to make me not purchase this again if it ever breaks! Please incorporate a better pencil-locking system within the silicone sleeve!

Best thing since sliced bread
Im a concrete carpenter I am very hard on equipment this is best of all the ones I’ve tried MADE IN THE USA!!!

Sticky pull
The first one I bought worked great but the latest one seems to be made a lot more cheaper and the pull isn’t nearly as smooth and it doesn’t retract all the way would not recommend

Way thicker liner then most
Everything about this is way better then all those other on ones on the market I highly recommend this especially if you do construction! Im 6’3 an I can have this on my hip an it won’t max out at full stretch, the cable is definitely heftier an build extremely well for what it is as a pencil holder I’m a welder an I use it for my soapstone daily an love the heck outta this hold !🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
