GoTo Foam6" Height x 24" Width x 96" Length 43ILD (Firm) Upholstery Cushion Made in USA

I bought this material to replace the existing soft foam in my sofa cushions. When I first unrolled the package, I wasn't at all certain that the new foam would be firm enough, but after I cut the pieces and stuffed them inside of the zip-up cushion covers, everything proved to be just fine. Typically, a sofa might be advertised as 19 inches off the ground, but with very soft cushions, one sinks down up to four inches, which is no good for an elderly person such as myself who cannot easily arise from a low seat. That is why I purchased this firm foam to replace the soft foam in my sofa, and I am pleased to report that everything is now fine. The cushion height is now where I want it to be. It is on the firm side, but that's what I need to keep the height off the floor that I want.

Foam came quickly and was packaged in a nice tight roll. There was some off gassing when opened so left the unrolled foam in another room with door closed while it aired out and flattened out. Each to work with - recommend using a big kitchen knife over the electric knife for a cleaner cut (at least for me). The foam is as described though was “firmer” than I expected. Most couch cushions from stores are 28 ILD and this is 44ILD. I would go with a less dense foam next time.

I don't like to write reviews but for this I am. Our couch was painful to sit on. You would sink right down and in some spots you couldn't even sit because you could feel the wood and springs. I thought we needed a new couch but my aunt told me about this foam for the cushions since the fabric on the couch was in great shape. I was skeptical and didn't think that just replacing the foam in the cushions was going to make a difference. OMG!!! Let me tell you I was wrong. I couldn't be happier with this foam. It's better than getting a new couch and way cheaper. I highly recommend this foam.

Bought for a full set of cushions, so cut the foam myself. Very firm and high quality foam. Looks and feels great with my new cushion covers. Was able to make my patio furniture look new without spending a fortune on pre-stuffed cushions. Great customer service after wring item shipped first time. Thanks!

My chunky old dog’s favorite place to sleep is the living room couch. I was getting worried about her jumping on and off especially onto tile. This not only provides the perfect step/landing pad but has become an alternative sleeping spot as well.
