I use these sliders to easily move my heavy countertop reverse osmosis water dispenser. Refilling the tank a couple times a day would be a hassle without them, but they make it glide around with ease.

Pro: I have used this on a variety of furniture from couch to concrete pedestals and they work great. They glide easily over carpet, vinyl, and stay on for years. I haven't had wood flooring, but I see no reason why they wouldn't also work well with these. I have used them primarily for whenever I want to rearrange my furniture, vacuum or use a carpet machine cleaner under the heavy items that I can't lift. Haven't used them under a refrigerator appliance because there simply isn't room in my small apartment to get it out of the small niche that it fits in. I've seen the videos of others that say it works on super heavy appliances though so who knows? I can only speak for how I use them. Con: None for me.

These are very useful when the bottom of the furniture you are applying it to is rectangular in shape. I used two of them for the bottom of my queen size bed headboard which is attached to a queen size bedframe with wheels. The rectangular sliders fit almost perfectly in width and length and makes it easy to roll the bed around back and forth and left to right on the carpet in order to clean and get access to areas under or behind the bed like outlets, etc. I used the other two (comes four to a set) together with two left over from a prior purchase in conjunction with 2 1/2 inch square sliders for the bottom of my dresser which has very large triangular-ish feet. This allows me to move the dresser back and forth and sideways on my carpeted bedroom floor. If I had known about sliders prior to moving into this apartment, I would have used them on the bottom of my computer desk, file cabinet, etc., etc. They are very useful and inexpensive items which make life much easier.

I have a Pottery Barn table that weighs a ton. I needed to be able to move that table on a woven area rug. I was stretching the rug whenever I pushed the table. But then, I always need help to lift the table to move it that way. So, I took a shot at these sliders. The table has 2" x 4" rectangle shaped legs so finding that specific size was a challenge. I used a pair of these sliders on the bottom of each leg. This table now slides on the woven area rug with no stretching/pulling and little to no effort. Love them!!

I used these on a heavy 3 drawer cabinet with a TV on top and placed on carpet. I attached 2 on each corner at 90 degrees and they work great. Easy to pull forward and push back. I definitely would err on using more than you think for frequent moves. This is the best brand of sliders out there. I cannot say whether they would be good on hardwood floors, personally I wouldn't experiment on an expensive wood floor. I use flet sliders for wood floors. I highly recommend for carpeted floors.

I'm using mine on a large solid maple dining room table. The table is quite heavy and we have a hardwood floor. We needed to be able to move the table around fairly easily without marring the floor. These were easy to install and work exactly as I had hoped. Even though the table is quite heavy it glides relatively easily now. We're very happy with this product and would recommend them without hesitation.

Magic Sliders are the Bomb! The do what they say. I placed these on the slim end of my have desk and used the square ones for the file drawer end. I can now move this heavy oak desk easily and rearrange my home office whenever I want to. The sticky side keeps it in place. Works fabulous on carpeting and I've used these on hard floors. Great price on Amazon!

These Magic Sliders are excellent! They move heavy furniture easily over hard flooring...and no scratching! The teflon works well. I would buy again.

Perhaps not particularly cheap, but I bought these for a specific job and, so far, they have performed well. There seems to be very few oblong sliders on the market. I have fitted these to the back panel (open MDF panel) on a TV stand and it now slides on a mid-pile carpet easily. Only slight critisism is that each slider comes with 3 very small double-sided adhesive pads. I don't know if these will be strong enough to stand the test of time. A long adhesive strip would be stronger.

You will need a very sharp knife or a sharp bladed pair of scissors if you wish to make any changes to the size of these sliders .... for best adhesion before applying, make sure the area that you wish to apply this item to is thoroughly cleaned ... a marvelous product that will allow almost any piece of furniture it is properly attached to, to be moved with ease .

Très bon article. Je les ai mis sous mon buffet de cuisine très lourd et je peux le déplacer en forçant à peine. Par contre, à vu ils ne semblent pas de la meilleure qualité mais pour l'instant ils font très bien la job. Qualité-prix, je rachèterais.

Used sliders under the legs of a heavy metal coffee table. Perfect size, convenient adhesive capability and works great to move the coffee table around with ease , from carpet to wood flooring. Happy with this purchase.
