I really don't know where to start. The duvet I received looks nothing like the the picture of the Night Comfort EXTREME Warm 16.5 Tog Duvet at all. Have a good look at the several photographs of the duvet I received. The last photo is of a new 13.5 tog duvet I just purchased the other day and the quality, there is clearly no comparison at all. It's obvious, the quality of the Night Comfort EXTREME WARM 16.5 Tog is awful that you have sent me. Disappointed customer and won't be ordering again from you for sending me a low quality duvet that's no where near 16.5 tog and the cover of the duvet is so cheap again clearly seen in the pictures omygosh!! Unbelievable and the thing is I had to use for a guest bed so couldn't return in the post the next day. 😩

Cheap material, not even nearly a 16.5 tog. It is thin, poor quality & NOT what is advertised & to add insult to injury I have to pay to return this garbage! Not acceptable!

If this quilt is a 16tog I'm santa clause🎅 its extremely thin I would put it at a 4tog at best!If you want a nice thick 16tog quilt.. my advice is go to Asda, they are pukka! Well worth the money!

This is a cheap and nasty product. The photos and description in the advert present a luxurious, sumptuous, and soft appearance, with top rate warmth. It is not! The cover material is more like rough, thin sacking, which will tear with long-term use. As for the "16.5 tog"... utterly insulting to the buyer; it's only autumn and I'm still super cold using this! And the price? A real con if ever I've seen one. Shameful abuse of customers. I hope you are banned from selling on Amazon, ever again.

It's great. My only disappointment was it's covered with that paper like stuff...like a giant tea bag..you know what I mean. But I decided to keep it and it's light and does kee you warm as the tog size says. It is washable, but expected a cotton cover.

I was looking for a feather duvet for each of my kids, they all seemed to expensive, then I came across these, these are perfect for the winter months when we can’t afford to have our heating on all night long. Bought for the kids, they aren’t very flexible, but once on and In bed they keep both the kids lovely and snug all night long.

I admit, I was rather sceptical about purchasing such a cheap duvet for the claims. Although, when it arrived, i was pleasantly surprised at the quality, durability and overall comfiness of the duvet.This is an absolute must for anyone searching for a good, high quality and warm duvet! very impressed! I will be purchasing from this brand again!
