Saw this book at a friends house and liked the way it explained everything about how the Keto diet works and good tips. Just received so that's all I can say for now. But recipes looks delish!

I love the chapter to explain the keto diet. The recipes are complex but everything I’ve made so far is really tasty.

Sure it’s great but came torn apart
Book was bought preowned, supposed to be good condition, but came with large section of the book ripped out. Not even sure if it’s all there. Awful.

Way too “extra”
Purchased this book from another seller and will be returning it. Every recipe in this book has a way too long list of ingredients and unnecessary ingredients as well. First bread recipe wants you to grind macadamias! I was hoping for something simple with recipes that won’t break the bank.I also don’t want to put psyllium, flax, and chia seeds in EVERYTHING!
