Each full dose as shown on the label of ingredients constitutes 3 pills. I take one pill every 6-8 hours so the blood has a routine supply of said nutrients. Always with food as some of them are fat soluble although each pill does contain one gram of fat so you can take it on its own. Each pill is very small like the size of those mini Advil liquigels. Bought this product thinking that it is a 120-day supply, and one pill will have the entire serving. I got the bottle and realized that you have to take 3 big size pills to get your entire serving. So it is only a 40-day supply. I think there are much better deals out where you can get the entire serving in one single pill.
