New Barsony 6 Position Ambidextrous Pancake Holster for Full Size 9mm 40 45 Pistols

Although made from synthetic material not leather, which I prefer. This is the first paddle holster I've purchased that fits my P95's like a glove. And is a belt looped holster. Which for me is a must. I despise clip on holsters. Unless it's a CYTAC. And that's a different category altogether. I've owned a number of Barsony holsters, most of which had an extra mag well. This one does not. As do most paddle holsters. Simply not enough space. At least to be comfortable. Based on the Concealed Carry Institute, the three most viable carry pistols are the .45, .40 and the .9mm. The .45 is my favorite, but a single stack. The P95 being a double stack has twice the ammo in one mag. With this holster, you get the comfort of knowing you have a weapon at your side with enough firepower and ammo to hopefully escape any violent confrontation, which hopefully never happens. The big difference in this holster for me, versus my .45 in it's leather holster is you feel the weapon a tiny bit more. But it's not a big deal because the weapon is much lighter. The weapon slides in and out of the holster effortlessly. It has retention straps. Which for me, I would prefer it didn't have. But it seems most holsters for the P95 series have them. At least belt loop holsters. All in all Barsony made a good product with this holster and one I don't mind recommending if you are in search of a good paddle holster for your P95 series Ruger. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all.

I bought this for my Taurus PT845 .45ACP pistol and am very happy. For ordering, I had to specify the PT840 instead, because the 845 was discontinued a while back. The pistol fits snugly, the barrel doesn’t protrude from the bottom, and minimal adjustment of the securing straps were necessary. It’s just as comfortable to carry my 845 with this as it is to carry smaller all-steel pistols with the appropriate size “pancake” holster. This holster allows me to make my 845 my standard carry pistol with ease.

I seldom give anything 5 stars. To rate that high it has to knock my socks off and exceed all possible expectations. 4 stars is a very high rating for me. The holster is everything it is advertised to be. It's very compact when empty. Stores most anywhere when not needed. When filled with your favorite pistol it takes up little extra room. Great to use for surface protection of your firearm if you just want to throw it in your range bag. No need for a separate gun bag. The material is reasonably durable and will not wear the finish off your handgun like kidex. The safety straps are removable if desired yet hold the pistol securely when in place. I've used it many times to compete in IDPA and Steel Challenge with the straps removed. It is comfortable to wear, and if you have a belt loop to center it on you can run your belt through one side of the holster then through the belt loop then through the other side of the holster for a very secure mounting that won't move around. I suspect, although I haven't experienced it, that daily, concealed carry use would eventually wear through the muzzle end of the holster. One nice feature is that it will fit most any compact or combat size pistol. I have used it to carry a CZ 75 Compact, CZ 75 B, Glock 17, M&P, 1911 Commander, Sig p226 or anything of similar size. My recommendation is not for daily wear but for those that need to carry from time to time and don't want a stack of different holsters lying around this one should do the trick. Price is reasonable and won't wear the finish.

I don't concealed carry, and bought this pretty much just for when I'm at the range. This is a nice holster for the money, and the top straps are adjustable to fit a range of full size handguns. If you're a daily carry person, I'd think maybe you'd want something a little nicer (and likely higher priced). For the price, this one can't be beat.

Finally a holster that fits and i can wear. I do not know how some of these expensive holsters get such high reviews. I have a storage full of holsters that turned out to be junk. They either didn't fit the pistol or were to uncomfortable to wear. This one can be worn severable ways and fits my Clock 20 that is all i wanted and it works !

Fits my full size MP45 well.Tongue depresser is a nice little will thought of addition in the event the velcro retention strap needs adjusting or relocated.

While it is a comfortable holster for long drives, I found that I cannot draw as fast as my primary rig. On a funny note, I was wearing it with black pants and had a vest to conceal it. By accident, I let black vest ride up, temporarily exposing the firearm. Thankfully, I caught it, but it wouldn’t drawn attention at first glance from a regular.

Feel good and looks good. Not recommended for a conceal carry. You pistol is too big for that. Should be considered for range carry or open carry in public states.
