Arrived defective, quickly stopped functioning. - I really wanted to like this soap dispenser. The appearance, the bigger soap reservoir, the all-around features. Upon arrival, the battery compartment lid just didn't want to close properly - or stay on. And when I finally did get it closed it didn't function. I looked and looked. My husband looked. I was sure the poor fitting lid was the key. I was right but rather surprised to realize the poor fit was because the battery contacts were bent the wrong direction, and instead of slipping into the battery tubes to make contact, they were bent the wrong way and kept the lid from closing properly. With extreme caution, and taking my time, I aligned the contacts correctly and it worked. Yay! So, it was anemic with the soap fluff, and sometimes slow to acknowledge a waiting hand, but it functioned and it was good enough. Not awesome, but ok. Then, a month or so later, it gets very sporadic. I change the batteries, but no joy. However, in tilting and jostling the canister picking it up looking it over multiple times, it starts to randomly sputter out foam. Finally, I decide one of the internal wires must have a short. Best explanation for the jostling setting off foam production when the sensor won't. It now sits on the kitchen counter doing nothing. From the reviews, I know getting a refund or replacement is not likely, so I tell myself someday I'm going to open it up and wiggle each wire, and attempt to narrow down the culprit and maybe replace it. I won't. I'm not my dad and he's no longer with us to ask for help. But I keep telling myself. I'm going to try that some day.

It will save $ on hand soap.
This soap dispenser I bought for pur second bathroom. I like the size as it fits in my counter. Like how easy it was to add the regular hand soap and then dilute it with water, ratio is 1 part water to 3 parts water. It was a little tricky because you can't really see inside the bottle and it doesn't have measurements but I filled it with water first and poured it into a measuring cup to get measurements for bo tnn soap and water...super east! I like the amount of foam soap that dispenses out especially for little kids. I have other brand of soap dispenser and a lot of soap come out. I've had it for a few weeks now and have not had to change batteries and filled up one other time with soap and water. I like this thing!

2nd one worked; when it works, it's great
The first one never worked, although the lights came on appropriately. I tried to contact the seller and they were quick to respond and said they'd send me another. They did, but only after the return period was over, and it took so long that I doubted it would ever come! The replacement works great-- I like it better than other automatic soap dispensers, because it's quiet and uses less soap. It does put out a fair amount of foam though, and it doesn't stop if you withdraw your hand early, so it has trained me to keep my hand under the dispenser until the light blinks.

Quit working after only a few months.
I bought 2 dispensers for my business and I found them easy to set up. There is a little trial and error since we are using gel hand soap (you need to dilute it with either alcohol or water to get it to foam) it wasn’t difficult to find the right mixture and the dispensers put out a nice foaming soap. They worked great for awhile and we changed the batteries in each unit after about 6/8 weeks. But for some reason they both just stopped working one day and we were not able to figure out why. One dispenser lasted about 3 months and the other made it to about 4 months before it stopped altogether. We know it’s not the batteries this time, & there is no good explanation for why they quit. Bummer. We liked them while they were working, but would not buy another one since the life span was so short.

Lasted one month before completely breaking
Great while it worked. Died within a month. Started acting up in the first week. Stay away until the design is fixed. My suspicions are that when you change the batteries, jostle the dispenser, or dispense the soap, the liquid falls back into the circuitry causing the device to break. When you dispense foam, it creates a bit of foam into the container, which rises and could potentially go into the battery housing. Let's say the dispense tipped over on the counter, the soap would go into the battery/circuitry area. The IPX3 waterproofing is only for the outside, however, the inside is completely vulnerable to water damage. In fact, even changing the battery can be difficult without damaging it. If the battery runs out, you have to flip the dispensing head upside down, the liquid on the straw will travel down into the battery housing section. The flaws aside, the battery only lasted two weeks before requiring a change. I assume it's constantly draining the battery to detect motion. For the soap to dispense, it needs to be more on the watery side, that means you'll need one or two pumps of soap to get grease/oil out. Overall, I liked the product, but it has some quirks that need to be fixed before I would recommend it to anyone. I can't justify a product that only works for a month.

Looks sleek, foams up well, but you’ll need to play with soap mixture
This soap dispenser looks really nice in gloss white and foams up well once you get the soap mixture right. Too thick and it doesn’t dispense, too thin and the foam is way too thin. Because I’m unwilling to buy foaming soap (seems like a waste of money), I’m diluting regular hand soap with water. You’ll need to play around with it a bit, but once you get it right, it works really well. Originally, it looked like I could potentially pull the logo off, but it is not a sticker. Fortunately, the logo itself is pretty small and it’s not bothering me too much.

Didn't last
We bought 2 of these. the on/off switch is located on top and is too easy to trigger. It would be better on the back or bottom side. Batteries run out pretty quickly considering how often it gets used. One of ours has stopped working after 4 months, not very durable for the price.

Works beautifully.
I bought this for my bathroom and I'm very happy with my purchase. If you mix the soap and water as suggested in the manual, the result is a lovely, luxurious foam. It uses and wastes far less liquid soap than pump bottles. It is clearly more hygienic as well. I think I'm going to order a second one, this time for the kitchen.

Great product while it worked
I can only write about my product and my experience with that product. To begin with it worked very well and we were very pleased a bit thirsty on batteries two changes in one month, the reason I gave just one star is because the soap dispenser stopped working we ordered it on the 10th of July it is now 12th August I find the return window for this item closed on the 31st July. I wouldn’t buy this again. You may have a different experience. Two months operation for £29.95 plus batteries with no return is very wrong.

Works but needs more clear instructions
The product works fine but it came with no sufficient instructions to help setting it up more clearly and easily.

the war on bacteria one step at a time 😁
I got this to try and be a bit more mindful of bacteria transference in the kitchen. Now I don't need to touch the soap dispenser just put my hand under and out comes the soap - its battery operated which means its easy to move about for cleaning and i don't need to keep charging it up 😁

Absolute rubbish
It will only work if you water down your liquid soap. I’d say in these Covid times no one wants to water down anti bacterial liquid soap. Absolute rubbish. Not worth the money
