Brought my period back

I am not a supplements person. I am suspicious of influencers. But I kept seeing this one popping up on message boards and such after my PCOS diagnosis, and I found a promising literature review, so I decided to give it a try. I have pretty mild symptoms and I will note I am also on spironolactone. However, this is what has happened in two months:Ovulation: I have never missed a period, so my situation might be unique. However, it's been three or four years since I had evidence of ovulation, e.g. one-sided ovary pain on ovulation day and/or spotting (used to happen regularly). Both are back. My period was also the length it used to be (two days longer than currently typical). I don't know about the period length, but the ovulation symptoms are encouraging.Bloating: disappeared. Seriously, this is the craziest thing. It had been so painful I almost couldn't move for an hour or so almost every day. It's GONE.Acne: one break-out (with ovulation) in the last three weeks. It was intractable for months.Energy: more energy, less insomnia, less anxietyHirsutism: still present but really reduced. I used to have to pluck a lot every morning, now it's once or twice a week.Try it!!

I used this product for a week and a half and had adverse reaction of irritability, mood swing and bloating. I’ve revised my review because the company reached out me and was very kind. They refunded my order, and asked questions to see if they could help. They recommended I did only 2 capsules instead of 4, so this may be helpful to someone else if they are experiencing a similar situation. I was very pleased with the customer service and the time they took to help.

I’m on my second month with these. Took the probiotics along with for the first month bloating was still bad and my stomach didn’t agree with the combination. Started these though the week my period was suppose to show and it didn’t but eventually had the symptoms of it sore breast and cramps but still a no show.. cannot be pregnant either unless I’m the modern Mary. Bloating is still an issue after stopping the probiotic along with it but mood over all is great. PCI’s hair growth less but that’s all I can say but let’s see what happens after 90 days of use but mixed overall

Amazing!! I can feel a difference and thought I bid again .. can’t wait to see the results.

This product is going to be different for everyone, but in my case it made my anxiety spike. I wanted to keep giving it a try but I can't do it. Now I saw one review that said it cause this to happen to them as well. However most of the comments said it helped their anxiety so I would say just try it.

So far I feel the difference! Almost done with my first bottle and will be ordering more! 😊

Tried other brands and I had a really low mood. This one has rather had a positive effect on my mood and wellbeing.
