VangoMicro Steel Chair

We bought a pair of these chairs to have portable (albeit slightly lower than standard sized) seats that would easily stay in the car and be light and small enough to want to carry.These fit the bill.They feel strong and the shock cords of the legs and seat structure are reassuringly positive.The fabric is a little tight to stretch over the frame (will probably give) but if you thread the short forward facing seat supports in before inserting the back ones (simply a longer length of material to give a bit to ease on the tubes).They are really comfortable and I have not felt them dig into the underside of my legs like many folding chairs seem to.The only observation is the feet are quite small and may (yet to try) sink into sand or soft ground. You can buy ridiculously expensive feet to spread the load but we carry four little plastic tub lids in each seat bag and will see if they work. The feet on Amazon looked to cost more than the chair!The bag is good and strong, whilst it’s missing a shoulder strap there are fixing points that you could add something to. The chair is easy to neatly fold down and roll neatly back into its carry back. A great buy.

Sturdy chair, also comfortable. Doesn't feel like it'd tip you out if you lean the wrong way. Great for watching the stage at a festival! Not for ultra-light camping, but not too heavy to carry for a bit, and folds up small enough to live in a car boot.

Its great little chair. very compact click together steel frame. 600D fabric and a load bearing of 18st its a bit heavy for back packing, but imold and need a chair for wild camping now.

We use our chairs for camping, beach and in the garden. They are awesome little things.Downfall the rubber feet come off quickly.Vango has no spares to replace them.Alternative you can buy Walking Pole Rubber Tips they fit perfectly and this is what we have now on our chairs! Good as new!

This chair is amazing...we bought two... and the price for what you get it brilliant...especially when you do some comparisons..the material feels durable...unlike some of the ones that save weight by making the seat out of mesh...and the metal legs take an adult easily....and I'm not tiny by any means....we love em

Great little chair but the rubber bungs on the end of the legs don't last long. If the chair sinks in the ground they come off immediately. Lost all mine 😭

A bit heavy, but for car camping it is great. Strong and compact, easy to assemble. Actually more comfy than I expected.

These chairs are lightweight yet sturdy. We have two and cant fault them. We use them for cycle touring and would highly recommend. Much cheaper than some of the top brands in this field.
