The best part of these is how light and comfortable they are, having used them for a good 5 hours at a time I didn't get any discomfort or hot ear issues. Even for someone wearing glasses, they don't cause any irritation. The ear cups are really nice and big and are very comfortable. The build quality seems good and solid. Additionally the mic is of standard quality (no issues being heard at all).I used them for both music and gaming and found the quality good in both regards. They are a little 'tin' can sounding in certain situations, that said for music they are not the highest quality you'll find but they are good for the price range. Depending on the quality of the sound drivers where you are playing the music you'll notice a difference (my phone produces better quality than my laptop). The sound in-game was good and gives good awareness of those footsteps behind you.

Overall very sturdy and good quality headset. Good value for money. Does not feel cheap. Fits very comfortably on my head. The ear piece is soft and cancels out most background noise. You can adjust the game volume easily by rolling the wheel where the mic toggle is. The microphone itself is retractable. Works well with Xbox one - no setup required it's plug and play. The audio is crisp but lacks deep bass, however for gaming it's fine since you can hear better, especially for FPS games...

Nice packaging and promptly delivered. However it did not work in my android phone. I contacted e-help line who suggested I try it with a different computer. Did not apparently work in laptop and I eventually plugged it into the back of my PC. Success! The problem was that the item comes with a single common jack and an additional splitter jack. I had tried the common jack and one (red) lack of the splitter thinking they were stereo outputs and not realising that the red jack was for the microphone input and the green one was for audio. There was nothing about this in the instruction leaflet which also failed to indicate which way volume switch was maximised. I had been advised that this could be used for hands free telephone calls but I now realise why audio headsets have only one earpiece - you have to be able to hear your own voice well and the soundproofing on this is almost too good! A well made piece of kit which is comfortable but it is difficult to hear your voice when speaking. I suggest that a better more detailed instruction leaflet should complement the quality of the soft storage bag and stickers (not for me!). The audio lead is very long - well over 2 metres - and not easy to get all back into storage bag with headphones. For daily use this is not an ideal for keeping tidy. Good sound, slightly muffled. Feels good on ears, comfortable well-padded head band.

I bought the second headset from this brand. It is an absolute top quality, top looking headset. Very nicely padded and comfortable for hours and hours. The microphone is clear and loud the cable is long enough to use on any kind of console or PC. The shipment was quick with no trouble. I can only recommend.

This is by far the most comfortable headset I've worn so far. I wear glasses and hate wearing over the ear earphones, but my ears were getting sore wearing in-ear ones. These are super comfy, pretty lightweight and the comes the sound.The sound quality is amazing!! I have way more expensive headphones and these give them a run for their money. Deep bass, clear tone and no crackling on the highest volume I could handle. The retractable mic is a great touch and it was very clear to my friends.I tried this on my pc, phone and ps4 and it works perfect with them all.Love it so much I'm going to buy another for my nephew for christmas.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described.good quality considering they are a lot cheaper than others I have previously purchased.
