Perfect exposure of misconceptions around alcohol.
The first book This Naked Mind, is essential reading for anyone who thinks they have a problem with alcohol. Even moderate drinkers would benefit from Annie Grace's insights. She completely de-bugs they myths around alcohol and society. I haven't wanted an alcoholic drink since reading this.
