For those into ball-icing for the testosterone boost...
...this works really well. Its convenient, there's 3 of them, and you can mould it to sit in your boxers hugging your nuts without much effort or mess and whilst keeping it stealthy.Whats ball-icing? Well, look it up. It can more than double your natural testosterone production if done correctly. I know, I know, you're thinking 'this must be a load of bollox' but I assure you it's legitimate. Just do so responsibly and take care.Anyway, these packs are perfect for that activity. Expect your testosterone to go through the roof and your sack to increase in size within a week of nut-icing 2-3 times a day. You'll thank me later, and when you do, leave a thumbs up.

Cute
Does the job of an ice pack. Little smaller than I hoped and wish there was an even number but they’re still good. Doesn’t last ages but can’t expect them too at that size.

Heat in water, not microwave
The instructions say you can heat them in microwave, but don't - they heat very unevenly that way and only 10 seconds made them furiously bubble at the edge. Just boil the kettle, put one in a plastic bowl and by the time you've made your cuppa, the pad will be evenly hot. I've found these an absolute blessing for my bad back, both from the freezer and as hot pads.

A must have for anyone who needs pain relief!
I bought this after I had a wisdom tooth taken out last week and was using a bag of peas to make the swelling go down in the mean time. Honestly found them so helpful and convenient to have around as its cheap, you get 3 of them, they doesn't take up much room and can quickly be froze. They also come with slips to put the gel packs inside which is a nice touch! would recommend & thank you for the quick delivery :)
