Potassium can be tricky to take in a safe amount. This seems to work well when needed and is easier to absorb as it is sublingual (leave it under your tongue for 60 seconds then swallow) No strong taste either.

I love how there is no mineral taste. It's very easy to take. Beats taking horse pills that I have a hard time swallowing. Because it's sublingual, it absorbs quicker too.

This is an excellent company. also "angstrom” is actually a unit of measurement equaling one ten billionth of a meter. This means the easily absorbable. This is used sublingually. Check out the huge amount of potassium that is recommended for you on a daily basis (4.7 grams!) and then realize that it can be difficult to get enough potassium in your daily diet from the food you eat (banana =422 mg). The angstrom size makes it bioavailable. We used to get more potassium and other minerals from the plants we ate, but now the soil it depleted on most large farms and so supplementation is a good idea. This has no strong taste. I can put it under my tongue or I just add it to filtered water.

Works will no taste

This was recommended to me by a health care practitioner. Works really well in letting you know if your potassium levels are off by the lack of taste, type of taste (slight flavor or metallic).

It has no flavor and easily goes down with great absorbability. We all need potassium, probably more than we realize. This happens to be one of my favorites.

None of us gets enough potassium, so supplementation is necessary. You could take a capsule, but this liquid promises greater bioavailability and absorption. Works for me.
