They really help, but.......
.....I had to take a break from them for a moment, because I was taking too much medicine that was upsetting my stomach. When I first start taking them they really helped with stiffness and calmed some of my back pain down to about 35%.

Wow, does it smell!
I’ve taken other krill oil capsules and no odor. This one the odor is strong and not in a good way.

No taste
I got these because I have high cholesterol and I found that krill oil is better than fish oil. It's just a little pill with no taste at all - which is a deal breaker. If you know, you know.

Economical Source of Omega 3
I wanted to try Krill oil and this brand has an excellent price. I use Omega 3 products for inflamation and cholesterol reduction. I successfully use both fish oil and Calamarine or squid oil, but the good quality ones are more costly. These Krill oil pills do have an odor, but they are tasteless and do not cause burping. I am unable to compare the amounts of EPA and DHA of this product with the squid or fish oil I take because the company has not included this information on the label yet. I may have a touch of gout in my right hand, because when I tried the Krill oil in place of my squid oil I had joint pain. But, I waited a few days and tried it again and received better results. It was a good idea to keep trying it. I am unable to use the product in place of squid or fish oil, but I can take it from time to time with them with no negative results. I will see if that has a positive cholesterol effect in the near future. With my joint issues I am not the best candidate for this product, but it may work great for you and a great price as your major source of Omega.

Great for the Heart, Less so for the joints
I'll continue to take this supplement for it's heart-health benefits, but less so for it's stated joint benefits. It's directions are a little different from most supplements, as it suggests taking 20-30 minutes before a meal. I take nearly all of my supplements with a meal so that's an adjustment. I regularly take glucosamine and wanted to compare Krill Oil's supposed joint benefits. I stopped taking glucosamine for several days, then started Krill Oil for about a week. I noticed more joint discomfort without the glucosamine and while taking Krill Oil, about on par with when I was taking collagen. A huge benefit of Nature's Craft Krill Oil was that I did not experience nosebleeds, as became common when I was taking Fish Oil more regularly. Overall would recommend as a fish oil replacement, but not a substitute for glucosamine or joint discomfort.
