My Favorite Gel
PowerBar gels are my go-to for long runs. The consistency is thinner than GU, and they don't upset my stomach as much. Green Apple was my all time favorite flavor, but I can get by on Tangerine.

Came packed together by some sort of glue like substance wrapped in plastic wrap. The glue washed off pretty easily. The expiration dates worked well for my marathon in December.

Did not like the flavor
I can't find the Kona Punch flavor anywhere anymore... I thought this might be a good substitute. Didn't really like it at all. Won't be purchasing this flavor again.

Flavor is probably one of the better ones.
Some packets were stuck to each other but found it was just packaging glue. I use these gels for my long runs and races. Flavor is probably one of the better ones.
