No compromises for a fraction of the price
The media could not be loaded. As a concept artist and illustrator I have bought and used countless tablets from many brands including Wacom, Artisul, Xp-pen pen and more. I have bought and used many of Huion display tablets and they have all been made with good quality. This newer Kamvas 13 does not disappoint. From personal experience, Huion really does listen to feedback to improve their products and also have good customer service. So when I bought this I was excited because I noticed that they made updates that I cared about as a digital artist. This tablet is actually a major improvement compared to last years kamvas pro13. And its for half the price. Some improvements include the ability to use a usb-c 1-in-1 cable for convenience and portability. There also some software performance improvements, and also improved pen technologyDesign:I like the fact that this tablet comes in different colors. Although the tablet’s case is made out of plastic it doesn't feel flimsy or weak. Feels solid while still being lightweight enough to get arounds easily with.Screen:colors look really accurate especially for a matt screen. The screen actually comes with a pre applied screen protector. The texture of it creates a good intuitive drawing experience because it doesn't feel like your drawing on glass and more like paper. This would especially be a good plus for people who are beginners in digital art. My only issue with the screen is that over time the pen nib can wear down quicker than you would expect and create a sharp point if your not paying attention. Huion does have replacement screen protectors available for this tablet.Software:The pen’s default pressure curve is a lot smoother. No wiggles when drawing long straight lines. The driver now allows you to create a more customized pen pressure cure with two points for you caveman drawers out there. The calibration/ parallax seems to almost be non-existent. ** Side note for users**: For best calibration results point the dots with the pen at a natural drawing position instead of aligning straight vertically with the dot.Drawing:As I mentioned before because of the software improvements, the drawing performance is honestly a great experience. The curve is very customizable. The pen is quite sensitive to and seems to translate well with even the lightest marks. I dont feel like I have to press too hard press too lightly. This with the textured screen protector personality made me feel as close as i can to drawing on a sketchbook.Portability:For a long time I have always wanted to use a display tablet on the go with a laptop and not have to deal with all the cords and have to be next to a power outlet at coffee shops. It's great to finally have a tablet that is actually capable of that. It can be powered by one usb-c cord through your laptop or even your phone. This tablet is also quite smaller than last year's version being able to nicely fit into a small backpack or laptop case with room to spare. **side note for users** this tablet doesn't come with the usbc 1-in-1 cable. It has to be bought separately. Theoretically there are other usb-c cords that can power the tablet but the cords I used never worked fully. So I decided to buy the cord.ConclusionTake note that this tablet has professional level features for the price of a beginner. Everything I wish I had in a display tablet is in this one for only $250 I spent $650 a year back on an artisul tablet and it's nowhere near the quality of this tablet. I have huion tablets at my home studio and my employer's studio office so that has to say something. I’d have to say the Kamvas 13 is a 10/10 for me. If you're a beginner this would be a perfect tablet to get into digital art with. If your a professional this is a product with many of the latest features for a literal fraction of the price of other brands. You wont be taking no losses or compromises here.

Good display tablet with entry level price and a great, responsive pen
I bought this product so that I can use it with my graphics applications on iMac Pro. I draw on iPad in Procreate and often bring images over to the iMac to do "post-processing" which I don't find easy on iPad due to the small Software interface. Tried two different tablets which I returned before reading up more and finding this one had solid reviews.Love the well thought out design of cable being at the outside of the tablet and inset where it isn't in the way. I am not a fan of the 3 in one cables - and this has an optional customized USB-cable (the connection ports on non-Huion USB-C cables are too wide for the port, which is kind of a "huh?" but not all computers have USB ports so I kind of get why it's an option you can purchase, which I might, to get rid of the rats nest 3-in-one. Update: I did purchase the Huion cable as the 3-in-one was driving me nuts (space on my desk was too cluttered, what with the 2 extra cables). As with the other similar display tablets, if you use the 3-in-one you need a HDMI-to-US-C adapter to use on an iMac Pro or other computers without HDMI but with USB-C, but I had the adapter already. The Kamvas 13 Tablet is easy to set up and uncomplicated to calibrate and get running, and the tablet has laminated glass which eliminates the gap between pen tip and your painting, almost as well as iPad and Apple Pencil.Am just getting used to drawing with it so there are a few things I did starting out, one of which was to disable the buttons on the pen (as I kept accidentally hitting them and messing up) but as I get more accustomed I may turn them back on.The pen itself is very responsive and has a soft touch. Users can adjust sensitivity and the tilt function works really well. This is closer to the experience you get than the other two tablets I bought and returned (a Wacom non-display Intuos which I found impossible to control well and a XP-Pen 12.9 inch display which was impossible to use due to a cable design flaw, and had a pen that I didn't find responsive as or as easy to use as the Kamvas pen, and it made an annoying click on the glass surface that this pen does not. Also, the display is wide and bright enough (it's never going to be as bright as the iMac Pro Retina) but is better than the XP-Pen which was very dim at its brightest (and was very warm to the touch, as opposed to the Kamvas which is a little warm on the upper right corner only but not over the entire display surface). For an entry level display tablet, it is well-priced and so far, very good value for the price.

Daughter happy
I bought this product for my daughter who is 13. This is the first drawing tablet for her and she has been able to use it very well. She is very happy with it. The only complaint we have and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they actually mislead you with the screen size. When I looked at screen dimensions I thought that it was the working area. However, quite large part of the screen around is in fact no screen, not functional. It just stays black all the time. I've added a photo to illustrate.

Feels good, looks good.
I'm a beginner. This is my first art pad, so if you're a pro I'm probably not going to mention anything you'd want to know. If you're a beginner like me, well this pad is pretty good. Exceeded expectations even. I'm a lefty and it was super simple to adjust it so that I'm not mashing the buttons with my hand every time I move it. Some of the buttons came premapped like brush size, zoom, and toggle erase, so that was super nice. Good pressure sensitivity and the screen is really clear. One thing that bothers me is that there's buttons on the stylus thar, while very useful, I keep fat fingering but that's mostly on me having bad pen form. The buttons are more useful than they are annoying so I adapt.Make sure you have an HDMI slot available and a USB port, as well as an open outlet that you can plug a USB charger into, it requires all three connections but they give you all the cables in one nice assembly.

GREAT Product!!
I ordered this creative pen display for my daughter. Cintiq was just too expensive and Huion seemed to offer very similar for a much cheaper price. It's been over 18 months now and we has no regrets.

Buen producto PERO
