Purchased this first in person at Ashley, was able to sit in the store. I ended up cancelling my order and saving money after seeing on Amazon with free delivery. I saw a lot of the negative reviews but decided to roll the dice. I couldn’t be happier. I bought the sofa and love seat for my AirB&B. It looks great, cost effective (because it is real leather for the areas people sit and touch, then uses synthetic material for the sides and back) and still has a classy feel. They are darker in color the I would have liked, but regardless I am very happy with the purchase. I guess the biggest risk is Amazon Shipping. Thankfully it worked out fine for me.

Product dropped off in house. Opened package went to put feet on to flip over and the loveseat wasn’t damaged. Returning. Waiting for pick up and refund.

The loveseat (compared to the sofa) is pretty comfortable and a great value for the price considering the leather upholstery in the seating area. The sofa looks really nice, but it looks nicer than it feels to sit on. It was comfy and supportive to sit on at first, but after the first week of use the bottom seat cushion already felt like it was bottoming out, in contrast to the other cushion that did no see the same use (note: I'm a guy that weighs just 175lbs) . The difference was pretty dramatic. Then the same started to happen to the back cushion. It felt "deflated" compared to when new to the point where it really wasn't all that comfortable to sit on anymore. I was concerned for the longevity of comfort and that was part of the reason I returned it. I considered keeping it for the value and because it would be use primarily for guests, but the sofa size version was even more uncomfortable and I want a matching set.The leather is nice but cheaper than Ikea. I replaced an old Ikea Kivik leather sofa with this and the Ikea leather was thicker (almost felt twice as thick) and double stitched. This Ashley loveseat leather is thinner and only single stitched. If you can get this on a discount it might be worth it, but I wouldn't pay Ashley's normal price.The sofa also had minor damage from shipping. There was a hole in the bottom cover (not a big deal since not visible) and the arm rest on the left side was scuffed. It was minor, but it could have been evenly packaged to prevent the damage. The right side of the sofa was wrapped in thick foam, cardboard and plastic (extra presumably for the dolly) whereas the left side was just the plastic wrap. Kind of stupid to skimp on the packaging like that.This was my first time buying furniture through Amazon and had a good experience. The return process was smooth but I had to get to the right person on the phone to get it handled correctly.

After reading the reviews, I found the loveseat to be better than expected. You don’t sink in when you sit on it. It is somewhat firm but I like that. I recommend it.

Great love seats, I tried to buy more after I bought 3, he increased the price on me by $100 each I don’t think it’s fair, he lost my business

We purchased this and the sofa plus an ottoman (through an Ashley store not off Amazon) and they all came with a TOXIC smell. This was not normal off gassing. This will make you sick. A technician of Ashley’s verified it. They still made us pay a restocking fee and redelivery. We will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. I hope you can learn from our mishap.
