Glam Universe Metallic Shine Fuzzy Wool Nylon Blend Yarn 100 Grams, 250 Yards - Copper Gold Shades

Color is less reddish than the listed image appears on my screen (just barely redder than gold jewelry). Blends subtly with most other colors and yarns I've used it with. It's slightly hairy (in a natural, classy way) but doesn't come with severe downsides like too rough textured, tangly or diffuse/haloed looking in final product. Not splitty. Well-blended, uniform and complex shine (looks high quality and not plasticky), and really quite high shininess bang-for-your-buck. I'd rank it best out of the 5 gold metallics I've tried, including better than the pricier ones!

A little pricey for my purpose, which was adding some zing to a pompom wreath, but still worth it overall. The pompoms came out a bit fuzzy looking compared to others made with different brand yarns, but the metallic sheen really added the oomph I was looking for. I would imagine this would look great incorporated into a scarf or a blanket. I'd buy it again.

I've finally found a yarn that looks gold, not yellow. It really is a lovely true gold color. Perfect for angel halos, unicorn horns, and anything else you want a true gold. It doesn't look "fuzzy" once it's been chrocheted.

For a long time I was looking for a golden yarn to add to my crocheting work. This worked just fine! It is light, soft. It contains a brown wool inside that gets tangled if you are not careful, but not a big deal. I could use it with my regular weight 4 yarn, and crochet hook 3.25mm. It is a very nice shade of gold.

The yarn feels synthetic. But it is soft.

Made a shawl that turned out just beautiful

I used this yard to needlepoint her hair. It was just the right thickness and it didn't shred. I also like that it's shiny without being overly metallic.
