A very solid tomato but price is too high for business. Good for home.
I am opening up a pizza business and I have spent the last year trying many types of tomatoes. Rega, Mutti, Cento, Alessi, Vantia and others. Terribly expensive and as long as I use my Cento sauce within 3 days before the acidity kicks in...the difference between the two is 50% savings...and the taste wasn't enough for me to switch as my back-up brand. That being said,...Mutti is the king of my tomato paste, my polpa, my passata and my peeled tomatoes. I am sold on Mutti unless I am unable to buy due to shipping shortages.

DOP is the best, but don't overpay
These sell individually in good Italian markets for $5.99 each. So four at $21 is good, but not with $15 shipping! Save your money.
