No way to install hooks to hang up frame
Fit is great, look is great (besides the cheap foam board backing) but the metal hooks to hang the frame up are not attached when delivered and you’ll need a drill to drill them into the weak wood frame… seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Disappointed with the hanging options but the look and size is fine

Does not fit an A2 poster as claimed. Missed return window.

Cheap materials i assume.
As I was putting the photo in the frame, TWO of the bending metal photo stabilizers that you bend back to insert the photo in along the top! Just snapped off. Now I have to figure out how to stabilize it up there which is a pain. Very disappointed in the product. I've only had that happen once before on a cheap frame from Walmart. I don't know how to fix it now =(

Excellent!
I really like this frame. I buy a lot of posters and this frame is one of the best poster-sized frames that I have purchased. The wood frame is sturdy, the clear screen that goes over the poster was protected completely. I love it!

Nice Frame
Bought to display a hand crafted poster with nice edges I wanted to remain visible. The frame is of good quality and arrived as promised. Attaching the enclosed hardware for hanging required only a Phillips screwdriver and a pair of wire cutters, and a little (careful) effort.

Acceptable Quality-assembly is Required
More assembly than expected. Had to measure and screw into the frame two brackets then run wire between them, cut and twist wire around each bracket. Simple, cheap folding tabs to keep poster in place. Seems acceptable once the assembly work is done.

Acrylic was completely scratched
The frame was packaged great so it had to have gotten scratched before shipping. I saw alot of complaints about this AFTER I got it. I would have kept it if it had not been so completely scratched. Sent it back for a refund

Perfect!
These were perfect! I’ve been looking for a simple frame for a while and have had such a tough time finding just the right size, but finally found the perfect size and simplicity! The price is fantastic!
