Update: missing parts received after contacting manufacturer; & upgraded to 4 starts. Tricky assembly.The product came packaged with missing parts. When unpackaged, the product was missing necessary components:- Four*(part AA) .. M6x15 Bolt & Washer- One*(part H) .. U-shape kitI’m not sure if it’s possible to get these parts, as Amazon only allows a request for an entire replacement and it already took 2 of us an hour to setup, albeit with missing parts.Otherwise, it could be good, but is currently too unstable.

Canopy that came with this Gazebo is ripped. From where can I purchase just the canopy and not entire Gazebo for this Gazebo? Haven’t had such bad customer service experience ever.

I received the gazebo timely and the frame is durable. 2 Stars! That's the good news, and that's where it stops. Assembly was a nightmare: bolt holes didn't align & required filing; directions were not clear; and do NOT get the long & short sides roof support ribs mixed up (both ID'd with the same letter) or the canopy will not fit (not mentioned in the directions at all). Once assembled and anchored, the gazebo did provide shade but the canopy faded rapidly and stretched, creating a pocket for rainwater that had to be pushed out after every rain. I live in a shore community and am not surprised by the fading, but the canopy stretching, pocketing, and finally shredding is very poor quality in my opinion. I've only had it 5 months! Unfortunately, since I invested so much up front for this item, I'm sort of locked into getting a new canopy (vs the whole thing), but am having trouble finding a replacement. Save yourself the aggravation and pick another product.

A few parts were bent and or scratched when it was delivered. Also the only directions were of pictures no words. It would of at least been much easier and faster to assemble if the pictures were in color and there weren’t damaged pieces.

Love it! Provides much needed reprieve from the heat & sun here in Vegas. The tarp does blow up in the wind but that doesn’t bother me, kind of expected that to happen. Upon opening the box, one of the legs was dented & paint peeled off but I wasn’t about to try to return this monster so I positioned it against the wall of the house, not too noticeable. Also, says 2 people can install but I’d recommend 3-4 as it is heavy!

The Canopy tore after 2 summers. I have contacted Hanover on September 13th and have been told everything from "we don't have your case number" to "it is escalated to the supervisory team and they will contact you". They finally said it is not under warranty and I told them I would purchase a new canopy. The customer service rep was confused and "escalated" my request again. No response yet after another 2 weeks. If you live where there is no wind it is a nice gazebo. Very disappointed.

Took me and my friends 2 days to assemble. I loved it but had some rain today and winds were not that high and this is what happened. Now it’s money wasted ... for the price I feel like it shouldn’t be damaged like it is. I barely had it a month.

This pergola isn’t worth the money. The shade can be adjusted on each side to achieve the desired shade. Unfortunately, the shade doesn’t stay in place. With every breeze the shade moves up or down. The shade had weighted rails inside each end. But, they don’t do anything. The aren’t heavy enough. I’ve reached out to the company several times asking for a solution to the problem. They continue to tell me they will get an answer in 24-48 hours. I have not to this day received any kind of solution. I can send it back in the original box and they will refund money minus a 30% restocking fee. Since the original box was mangled when we got it we no longer have it. So if I send it back I will be charged a 50% restocking fee. So they make no effort to fix the problem. Any way I look at this situation,I am out a lot of money. Poor business practices. Unfair to paying customers.
