These are very good. A little pricey, but the quality is diggety dank.

These are the best of the best! They have the best flavor and light weight for your “Go Bag” cooks fast over your campfire. They provide everything you need, protein, fiber, you name it. They go great with a Nissan Ramen, especially the chili flavor that I left the other review on.

OK, they’re instant beans not ones your mother slaved over all day. Having said that, I thought they were quite tasty. I got them for backpack/ bikepack meals and they are great for that.One note, I made them according to instructions but it took them quite a while to thicken. Next time, I’ll use less water and see if that shortens the cooking time.

The first packet I tried I added two cups of water and it turned out like a soup. I was totally unimpressed with it and thought it was awful. The second time I just added one cup of water, it was more along the lines of the consistency I personally enjoy. I like my refried beans thick, not watery. Once I got them down to the consistency I enjoy, I thought they tasted amazing! A bit pricey, but darn good flavor. Great for a backpacking food.

Out of all four flavors, this is the only one that actually tastes like what it says it does. All the other flavors taste like the original flavor. The one downside about this product is that it is a very small quantity in this bag (kind of like the Dorito chips lol all air 5 chips) and they are pricey for this small amount of dehydrated beans.

Definitely buying again! So easy to cook. Just add water!

The flavor is delicious, not what I expected from my first time trying beans in a bag. Tastes homemade, and the packaging makes taking them camping/backpacking even easier because you don't need a can opener.These are very expensive, I wish they were available locally so the cost would be more reasonable. While in California, I remember purchasing the regular flavor for about $2. Would still buy again for the flavor and convenience.
