can you give me the carbs in this please?

This is basically chili, salt, and vinegar....no carbs at all!

Comparison to heat level of thai kitchen chili paste (right level for me)? i don't want super spicy. to be mixed with soy, b. sugar, etc to make sauce

I really like this chili sauce. Just chilies, salt and preservatives. There is no soy or sugar. I recommend this and its very spicy.

How long they kast in the fridge ager opening?

These will last a long time. Depending on how often we use it, we had one bottle last up to a year but we usually use it up in 6 to 9 months.

What are the ingredients?

I bought this because a recipe calls for it. If you like spicy hot this is for you. Ingredients: Chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisultite xanthun gum
