What is the CFM rating?

CFM is a standard of measure for "cubic feet per minute". Basically - how much air it moves per minute. In order to make this info valuable, one would compare the CFM rating of one vacuum to another's. If other vacuums don't list a CFM rating then it's not very helpful. Other helpful comparisons could be the watt or amp rating of the vacuum's motor.

why does the heading say 'bagless" and the description says "bagged"?

Because it's NOT a good vacuum. It definitely isn't commercial quality that's for sure. Opened the box, put it together and right back into the box it went.
