Love this pasta cooker
After reading some of the reviews about it boiling over, if you don't take the top off it WILL boil over...I love this cooker. I had a Tupperware party and we cooked a 12 oz package of egg noodles and I was so impressed with how easy it is. No bring water to boil and then waiting on the pasta to cook and watching and waiting. No messing a colander up to drain ...So much easier..While the pasta cooked we got everything else ready to mix with it. Had the meal fixed in no time...I had to have one and found the ones on Amazon was quite a bit cheaper so I bought here...Love amazon..

it seems like all of the microwave pasta cookers are long to ...
Got this for my college freshman to cook pasta in a dorm microwave. She likes it, but since her microwave is small, it barely fits and doesn't turn. However, it seems like all of the microwave pasta cookers are long to accommodate spaghetti. Tupperware is great quality and it's a nice product. I would recommend it, but just be aware if you have a small microwave that it may not fit well.

Works well...but make sure the lid is off!
Not many instructions come with this, other than the ones that are part of the item itself. But make sure you view them carefully! The first time we used this for pasta in the microwave, we left the lid on, and all the water overflowed!! With the lid off, it does just fine, use the lid AFTER the microwave is done to strain the water out :)

Terrific and convenient pasta cooker, but the Amazon item is missing instructions
I ruined my blue Tupperware pasta cooker by not adding enough water. I was surprised that Amazon sells a purple model, as I can't find it listed on the Tupperware website, and I was really surprised that the instruction sheet is not included, as it's definitely not obvious how to use this item. If you buy this from Amazon, you will need to search the web for instructions. Be warned: It's VERY difficult to discern the graphics that show the levels for the amount of pasta and amount of water to be added for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 servings, but be very careful and err on the side of adding too much water, or you run the risk of melting the cooker. When I manage to get the right amount of pasta and water, I have gotten perfect pasta every time.

But so did the other one I was using n chose not to use anymore because it was not safe to use in microwave but was better to ha
Well I'll start by saying it works n it does work very well. But so did the other one I was using n chose not to use anymore because it was not safe to use in microwave but was better to handle n had handles. I wish Tupperware could make one the is not so awkward to handle that it wants to slip right out of your hands n the cover is annoying to try n get it on right when it is full of hot water n past. If they would improve the design I would give it 5 stars cause I do like cooking my pasta in the microwave as it is quicker n with less fuss not having to do on the stove top.

Great time saver
This is a very convenient product. It cooks pasta well, it took a few times to get the texture just right for my taste but once I figured that out I use it all the time. I burned my arm when I poured out the water the first time I used it so be careful.
