I got an XL because they only had Medium and XL available. Wish I got a large. It's a tad bit big but you can velcro it tighter but it's kind of a hassle to do so . Once on! It makes you sweat like crazy. I'm 5'2 200 pounds and curvaceous! I wore it with sweet sweat waist trainer and I sweat so much and I didnt even wear it to the gym yet! Cant wait to see results, I will update my review!

The fact that this type if trimmer stays in place and doesn't roll up, is amazing and you can actually feel everything staying in it's place. It kinda makes me feel like a superhero wearing this over my clothes... lol but it definitely does it job less pressure on my back and hips. Two thumbs up.

Size down. I normally wear a woman’s XL or 18 in everything (waist 98cm), but decided to buy a medium due to the reviews.The material is perfect and non slip, but the SMELL. Terrible. Smells like silicone and plastic and it’s so fricking potent.AnywaysIt’s perfect. I’m currently wearing it with my joggers and a lose shirt, and you literally cannot see it.I love how it perfectly covers up my THICC thighs, hopefully it will help me lose fat in that section when I exercise.

In July, when I first received it, it worked great fit great, the velcro was strong, complete satisfaction. Now 3 months later, the velcro doesn't hold. It'll literally come undone without barely moving. Emotional rollercoaster with this one 🚮.

So far so good! It fits comfortably, nice and snug! And you can feel it wiring working within minutes, beginning to sweat, yet you don't feel the saturation until you begin to remove it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because the back still rolls and bunches a little bit in the back and when bending your knees, it doesn't stay compressed at the sides of your thighs. Overall I can say I am pretty pleased with this product 👍🤗

This is a great product! I’m new to this weight journey so i didn’t know what to expect with the fitting. I normally wear a 3X so i purchased the 4X, waist area fits perfectly but the thighs do run big. This waist trainer will make you sweat a lot !
