TALON Gripsfor Ruger P95

A bit tricky applying getting it perfectly lined up. Well worth the effort however! I followed the directions using the cleaning patch provided and used a heat gun on low vs a hair dryer. Looks like it was factory installed and completely changed the grip for the better. I put it on an early Ruger P95 which has a very smooth poly frame, a bit wet and slippery like an eel. Not anymore! I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I too was very skeptical of this product, especially upon opening the package, it looked and felt like a cheap sticker! I stripped my P95 down, cleaned it and applied the cheap sticker (rather than permit the overlap like the instructions say, I cut it to fit exactly). It STILL looked and felt like a cheap sticker. But then I applied heat as per the instructions and it magically softened and molded to my factory grip perfectly and the sticker suddenly felt more like a grip! Also the seam practically disappeared and the finished product looks as if it was OEM. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I did have to trim the grip and the cut outs for the serial number and circle Ruger logos didn’t line up perfectly (one side was perfect while the other was about .5mm off to the side but still looks ok).

I had some Hogue rubber grips on my P95 for about 12 years. They added considerable bulk to the grip, which I never cared for. This grippy tape solved all my problems. Not only did it fit nearly perfectly to the contour of the P95, it's sticky, and plenty of grip. I will order this again when the glue fails in the future (which it will). Awesome grips, highly recommend.

Install is very easy, the only thing you need besides what is provided is a heat gun or blow-dryer. Instructions are very easy to understand and brief. It took me less than 20 minutes to get it perfect. Fitment is excellent and my P95 feels great in the hand now. At first I was concerned about how well the grips would stick to the gun but after applying heat as instructed I can tell these won't be peeling off any time soon.

Talon grip overlays are on all of my polymer fire arms, easy to install and give a nonslip feel.

Perfect fit for Ruger P95. Very gritty but you can scrape away at it for your desired texture with simple YouTube instructions. Does not leave a residue when removed. Cannot be reinstalled if you peel it off. Very easy instructions for application

Its black and it has very good grip action. The least is that it a bit grainy, feels like rough sand paper. But it serves the purpose of grip action

product came on time and was as advertised. the grip lined up well and went on easily. I followed the directions and had no problem lining it up and sealing it on. make sure you use a hair dryer or heat gun as the final step to firmly attach it to the pistol.
