Okay...its a great little camera and perfect for what I need it for. I have 2 of them and I have to say they are very good cameras. I bought this as a a start up camera for paranormal investigating. I like it because it has night vision and it does have a microphone that attaches to help pick up more sound , however the battery doesn’t last at all so you have to constantly keep changing out batteries and the picture quality on night vision gets lines in it , which makes hard to pick our what your looking at . The camera Is light weight and easy to carry. If you’re not looking to spend a lot of money and want just a starter camera , then I would recommend this one to someone starting out on their journeys .

This camera gets A star, because it is easy to use, looks cool, and makes a good WebCam. As a "Camcorder," however, it should be referred to as a "Scam-corder." Yes, the digital video FILEs it produces are FORMATTED at up to 2688 x 1520 @ 30fps of H.264 MP4 video, but the camera CAPTURES video at MAYBE 720 x 480 @ 12-15fps under some kind super-high compression stretched to fit a 1520p frame, which makes for EXTREMELY blocky, jumpy-looking playback to the point it is unsuitable for even home-video quality fun- the Zoom is digital-only, nothing smooth about this camera's performance.On top of that, any recordings that are longer than about 5min 30sec, the file becomes corrupt with NO sound and FROZEN video for the next five minutes. So if you used this pice of s**t to, for example, record your daughter's 20min amazing volleyball championship match, what you'll get is AWFUL looking, near unwatchable video that, five minutes in, will freeze and be silent for the next five, resume the crappiness for another five, and then be still and silent again after that. I'm SOOOOOO ANGRY I used this to try to preserve that memory!People, while this camera seems well designed all the way down to the settings controls, the fact it doesn't even have a BRAND NAME should be a clue that it should be avoided! It gets ONE star and that's it, the camera on the ORIGINAL iPhone in 2007 far outclasses this waste of plastic & glass.

Overall, this product is great. I use it as a webcam for my computer setup as I stream video games. Only downside, is the mini HDMI to HDMI cable is a tad bit short for my setup, so I plan on buying an extension. The microphone on the camera is very good though, surprising for a camera mic. Overall, a great microphone.

Love this camera I plan to buy two more they are excellent so look forward to creating great video thanks to this excellent device

I've had this camera for a while but just recently started using it. I've been restoring an 1887 telephone and was recording it as I took it apart so I would remember how to put it back together! Well I started trying to do a play back and realized that it only records for 9 minutes and 10 seconds. the rest of the videos are blank! this is unacceptable!

Product Box came opened and broken, within the Amazon box which had no damage. product was purchased new but came used and missing many parts / items. ***** Update customer service made it right**** raising my rating from 1 ⭐ to a 3 ⭐

This was a pretty good buy and it works great. And also the process was easy and early delivery.

The only problem for complete newbie is the instruction manual does not have a lot in it. However, easy enough to find out from the net.

Firstly, I don’t understand how this camera has nearly 5 stars. I bought this for my paranormal investigations & thank goodness we checked the audio before wasting our time. The IR feature is great but the audio is crap. You can’t hear anything you say & all you get is non stop static like wires aren’t connected properly. We tried audio in normal camera mode aswell & same thing. I contacted seller but of course no response. I DONT RECOMMEND this camera AT ALL. Don’t waste your money. I ended up buying awesome IR cameras from a paranormal store in the UK & they come with a guarantee & best of all they work!!!!

Video part works but audio part doesn't work. It captures the picture but no sound.
