I have been taking the supplement for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it! It is great for your immune system and I have to say that I have seen a big difference since I have been taking these. Love, love my elderberry capsules! Another great supplement by Sports Research! I love that zinc and vit c are also included; also great for fighting colds, sinus, etc and the pill isn't too big. I drink elderberry tea and also always see the syrup or gummies. I was very happy to find these in capsule form so that I can get a greater amount in my system and because I worry about gummies possibly increasing my glucose. My hope is that this supplement will help to keep my immune system intact, especially during the pandemic. At this point, I haven't been sick, which is great considering...

Easy to open flip-up top, and the capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste, or aftertaste. Good clean ingredients always with this company! Includes all the Vitamin C, D3 and Zinc that I need. I did order their K2 to assist the D3 in its proper absorption. I love this companies products❤️

Started this a few weeks ago. I have noticed my immunity is a little better. The capsule is a little larger than I like to take. There is no after taste. This is the second sports research product that I currently use and can say I love the company and its products!

The capsules have increased in size and the dosage reduced from 2 capsules daily to just one. To me, the single capsule looks much larger than the previous order's 2 capsules. Taken with the Organic Wild Blueberry product, the two seem to work hand in hand. I like them a lot especially with the Zinc and Vitamin C in the Elderberry capsules which enhances the immunity support provided by the already powerful antioxidants in the Elderberry.

I was worried I would not be able to swallow them, but the capsules were easy to swallow. No after taste and glad they had what I needed in them. I also added vitamin K2 with taking them. Just ordered my 2nd bottle, seem to be effective so far. Saving money because they have more vitamins in them that I wanted, so I don’t need to buy separate ones.
