Installing this key fob cover was really easy to do. It comes with a mini screw driver because the clip is actually screwed on to the key fob cover. You don't have to have it on there but for me, I like having the clip on this because it easily clips to inside of my purse, or even my belt loop on my pants. This is actually my second key fob that I had to purchase from the dealership because with the original, the paint came off of the key fob and I hadn't had my car that long and kept having issues with which button was which. The dealership sold something similar but they wanted way too much and found this one. I love the blue color of the key fob and while it does protect the key fob, it's been a lot more convenient than I thought it was going to be. This cover never comes lose and I never have to worry about dirt or anything else getting inside. When I do wipe it clean, I don't have to worry about wiping off the paint. I have wiped this key fob with an alcohol wipe and even a wipe that contained bleach and as you can see in the pictures, it still looks new. What I thought was cool was the cutout in the back, still shows the Chevy emblem.

I purchased this to cover my 2019 Chevy Trax keyfob. I purchased a different vendor and really liked it. This one was NOT the same and I certainly had problems. (1) The case is not easy to get around the fob. The back panel was hard to get on and off. (2) The front leaves a gap between the plastic and the remote. This makes it next to impossible to use the buttons easily. I broke way too many nails before I modified the panel to access the buttons (I ended up cutting out the front panel to access the buttons). (3) The screw that attaches the ring to the fob doesn't stay tight. I've already had to catch the parts before they were lost at least twice. I've ended up switching back to the other fob I purchased and using this one as the spare because of the inconvenience I have with it. Strongly recommend looking at the others on the market. Buyer beware.

This looks super nice and I was excited to protect my console from getting scratched up. I can't give it an awesome review though bc I find the keychain part to be incredibly bulky and discarded that. I was still happy with the cover until I started getting alerts about my key fob battery. Then of course changed the battery and a couple days later same thing. Bought a new pack of batteries to be sure. Same thing. That's too bad bc I really liked the look.

The cover is gorgeous and looks expensive. I don’t like that the front cover, though clear, makes it hard to push the buttons to lock, unlock...etc.I would still recommend it.

The cover lasted 2 weeks tops. the nail holding the key and the clip fell and I had a mini heart attack when I picked up my keys and my car key was missing. luckly it fell close to where I was

bought to protect my key fob - very easy to install but it is very bulky and hard to press the fob controls under the plastic. this is more for looks then functionality

Makes the buttons a bit hard to push. Otherwise I like them.

Product is exactly as described. I love the fact that my remote is protected. Very durable even when I’m clumsy and drop it over and over again.I loved the fit and ease of use.
