This is going to sound a little melodramatic, but this (Armenian, Turkish-style) coffee is SO good that it ruined me on other coffee! I tried another Turkish coffee... the one in a gold can... and it tasted like bland, bitter cardboard. I threw it out. I tried my old favorite coffee, San Francisco Bay breakfast and fog roasts, and they were so bitter I couldn’t drink it! I ordered another bag of this, and now I’ma happy camper again. It’s crazy! This coffee is truly not bitter, and it tastes amazing. Please continue to auto ship this, Henry’s House. You make some dang-stellar coffee!

I am no coffee connoisseur, I.e., I am not good at being able to identify the specific notes in coffee. I just know that the flavor of this coffee is extremely satisfying to my tastebuds. This particular blend is so popular that I have not been able to find it at my local market for over two months now because it is constantly sold out. That is how I came to purchase it on Amazon! If you are a French Roast fan, try it. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

I don't usually order coffee online because it is a bit risky as you cannot see it or smell it. This coffee, however, is a gem. Bold, flavorful, complex yet balanced and not bitter at all. I have tried it with french press and in a pour over and both were wonderful. This is now one of my favorites.

Tastes just fine. a heaping teaspoon into a half cup of boiling water; stir and let sit a couple minutes is a workable substitute for "the proper method and proper utensil". You will have to learn to like the fine powdery grounds left behind. Recommend honey and heavy cream to turn this into something wonderful (even makes the powder extra tolerable). Armenian coffee, but like a darker roast version of the available Turkish coffees. Not necessarily bitter - good stuff!

Authentic Armenian coffee. French Roast is smooth, deep, rich & crema is perfection. Videos on their website give ethnic insight to family's dedication & knowledge. Delivered in very timely manner. Will be ordering much more from Henry's Coffee.

This coffee is excellent! Reminds me of the coffee I drank in Italy....I'm a sucker for chocolate notes which this coffee has in abundance. It tastes creamy and leaves that grainy taste on your tongue...a sign that the coffee is great quality.

Taste is smooth, and the grind is super fresh. It leaves a nice mud at the bottom of your cup. Remember to let it rise twice.

Great tasting coffee... Every morning I make a great tasting Iced Caramel Mocha Espresso coffee using this rich and robust tasting coffee... I recommend it!
