UPDATE!! After about 11 months post-installation, the rainfall stopped working with no warning. I went away for the weekend and upon return, it worked again. I’m now about 13 months into using this, and the rainfall works hit or miss. The other jets and handheld work well and still have great pressure. I haven’t called out a plumber yet because I’m not ready to wade through BS of them telling me I need a whole new house. Lol. ***** This system is great. I’ve had it about 9 months now and I love it. I just realized a month or 2 ago that if I turn the dial to 45 degrees and not just straight up to 90 degrees, only certain heads work and I love that I finally discovered that during all-jet use. The pressure is great, even when using 2 modes at once—like Handheld and rain shower. You can also increase/decrease pressure by pushing/pulling out the knob. Took me a while to discover that, too! Hahaha. Sounds like someone should’ve read the instructions, but oh well. Get this!

This 6 jet system is very nice. Works great. I was a little worried about the handheld not having enough pressure but it is better than expected. You do have to take note on how deep the wall is when you hook everything up. We had a hard time finding fittings that were just the right size. I would recommend if it a new build to purchase first and communicate with your tile guy/plumber to make sure they know. Once we got all that worked out it’s amazing. Love it!

I love taking a shower in my shower system. The rainfall is BIG. I love the jet system that can be adjusted for pressure and directions for different size of people using the shower. The only reason gave it a 4 is that I wish there was a turn of/off knob on the hand handle which would have made it convenient when preferring to use it to shower.

After purchase and installation, I had a minor issue with a part of the product. The Customer Service I received was remarkable. I would strongly recommend the product and the service that comes with it.

We bought two of these shower systems for our remodel. They are easily one of the best parts of the bathroom. The large heads provide ample waterfall character. The jets are all strong and their reach is far. We mostly use one function at a time, but there is the capability to use two at once.

Love this system. Strong spray from body jets and hand held sprayer with a generous amount of water from the shower head. I'm glad we had a plumber install it. Even he had difficulty installing it.

Love the whole system. However rain head split open on the edge after 11/2 years

Great features for the price. Solid brass fixtures inside. Still building bathroom so haven't been able to use it with water yet but it is beautiful.
